At MIREI, we are dedicated to providing you with authentic, high-quality Korean beauty products.
Every item is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards of excellence.
1. Returns
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened, used, or unsealed beauty products.
- Items not in their original packaging.
Returns are accepted only if:
- You received the wrong item, or
- The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
To initiate a return, email support@mirei.mu within 48 hours of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the issue.
2. Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
MIREI reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
3. Exchanges
If an incorrect or defective product was delivered, we will gladly replace it with the correct item, subject to stock availability.
If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
